Did not get my food as I cancelled the order as it was taking to long and the man on the other end of the phone was a bit cheeky and trying to make excuses up why we hadn’t received our food

Gave us food without sauce. Then took over half an hour to send us sauce out after literally having to beg for what we paid for! The food was freezing come this time. Don't give an option for sauce if your not doing to provide it! Won't be back

On ordering was expecting 50 min wait time for delivery. Had to phone twice, food arrived 1hr 50 mins later

Food has not arrived

The donner meat was paper thin and nasty and the chicken was dry as hell. Chips and cheese was cold. Was a waste of money most of it went in the bin won’t be ordering again

My pizza was cold, you could tell it had been waiting awhile to be delivery. Disappointed and would want a refund or a replacement for a future order

2 hours 10 minutes on a Tuesday night I waited for delivery ……. Need to sort out delivery service every time I order minimum of an hour and half yet they tell you 40 minutes ….. afraid 2 hours 10 mins last straw for me will be going elsewhere from now on after least 4 years of using this shop .
